HI Everyone,

we are working with a new manufacture for some equipment that will be used in production of bakery items.

I have never been through the NSF certification process and i wanted to know if anyone had any insight into this?

I am looking for specifics as to if a unit is destroyed, length of time, what the process actually looks like, cost, etc?

Thanks!

Weebus!
