FSSC 22000 V5 Lead Auditor Training

Hello,
I am looking for an FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor training course, and am a little confused about Version 5's requirements.
Must all FSSC courses be provided by a licensed training organization, or is this - although a good idea - optional? Can an organization still provide FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor training to Version 5 without being a licensed training organization - and would the certification still stand?
