Best retort system for coconut milk in canned products

Hi,

We are currently using static steam retort system for our coconut milk in canned products. Can anyone suggest a better retort system than the ones we are using now? We target for better improvement in terms of colour of the coconut milk finished products. Thanks.

The system you are using is based on old technology and has a relatively longer process time. The SHAKA Retorts is a welcome addition to the retorts systems it has the shortest process time and the final product has better visual appearance as well as better mouth feel
