Has anyone had their Whole Foods Market Supplier Visit yet since they implemented FoodLogiQ? Was there anything surprising?

Just had NSF auditor come to visit on behalf of Whole Foods and it went pretty good. The person we got was actually very helpful, they say visit but it's much like an audit with the way they want to review and ask questions but nothing surprising. If you are doing what your food plan says and what you answered on their questionnaire/requirements when they started working with your company than their should be no issue. How ever, if they find something that you are not doing, you have Ten (10) business days to get back  to them with Corrective Actions. It's about 6 hours long, the person we got was much more interested in seeing our plant more than the actual documentation but we gave him access to everything just in case.

Thanks, Michelle! I'm glad yours went well. I was thinking it maybe would function as more of an audit based on the paperwork they sent over.
