Data logger temperature recording devices for frozen food shipping?
Does anyone have any recommendations for which data logger temperature recording devices to purchase for frozen food shipping? I would prefer something that does not require downloading any software and can be visually read upon receipt of product.
Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
Hi sbarzee,
I have used Comark for 20 odd years:
Their data loggers are usually relatively cheap and easy to use:

There are multiple data loggers for temp monitoring, however, variation in the pricing is mainly based on single use or multi use (these can be reset).
Considerably the one with the display cost a bit more as compared to the one with the software. Following are the links that we use and had no issues:
We use sensitech temptale 4 monitor, push button start and the temp is reflected on the LCD display which you can easily see.
There are plenty of options depending on the needs you have.
If you're not interested in the physical cheap ones that come with a graph (Deltatrack has one, there are disposable and reusable ones from different brands;
There's Sensitech with the TempTaleUltra and other types that could be both options (if you want a reusable one to change the parameters you do need a softwar, they also have the ones with a physical graph;
Biotempak with very nice disposable ones in a small sealed bag that could be connected to the computer and download the info without software.
Deltatrack again with both options and the physical graph too.
Really depends on what are your requirements.
Hope that helps. :) Regards.
Thank you so much for all of your suggestions. Very helpful.
