Checklist for paper cups machine control

i'm a quality control in a liquid packaging factory and i want to perform a checklist for the cup machines control.

The following information give you some points for your check list

• Paper Cup Sizes: 3,4,5,6.5,8,9,10.5,12,16,18 OZ or other sizes
• Row material: Single side(one side) PE(polyethylene) film coated paper
• Suitable paper weight: 150--400 gsm (Recommend 180--300 gsm)
• Speed of making paper cups: 45--55 pcs per minute
• Limit of temperature control: 0--400 Centigrade
• Total power: 4 KW
• Power source: 380 V,220V 50 Hz,60 Hz or other Customer needed
• Appearance size(L x W x H): 2500 x 1200 x 1400 mm

what you sent is just like technical parameters relating to the machine specifications, but what i need is the parameters to check as a quality control like leaking test, like appearance of the cup......to monitor every.....min
