Hi Agie

In my previous organization we were using By green shrad extruded and FD & C yellow 5 which are sensitizers and we had kept them in a separate room than the allergens.

Procedure for controlling allergen and sensitizers were in the same procedure.

 

Change over protocol was also applicable for sensitizers as that of allergens.

Dear Charles,

As i Know ,Senzitizers are not proteins but chemicals which caused allergic kind of reaction in humans after exposure.
