Is HACCP required for company with no in-house product manufacturing?
I am working in a company that does not make anything inhouse, my comapny is using comanufacturer.
Do I need a food safety plan or HACCP plan? (I have my comanufacturer HACCP/Food Safety Plan)
If so, how detail should I go?
Dear merchant
The short answer is yes you will need a HACCP plan. Your HACCP plan should cover storage conditions of the products, if your are dealing with chill of frozen products than temperature control will be your CCPs.
In case products are ambient temperature stable then integrity of packing and UBD can be use as CCP.

Are you looking at going for a particular certification standard?
Even if not, if HACCP(ish) is something you are interested in implementing then you could download a copy of the BRC Agents & Brokers standard for free, and have a look at section 2.
Even if you don't have any CCPs (which is entirely possible), you may find it generally beneficial as a structured way to consider and address risk in the bits of the supply chain for which you are responsible.

Some context regarding yr type of business would assist meaningful replies. Can you please clarify ?
