Dear all,

Good day!

Would like to know your thoughts/inputs on how to tighten control of inventories (PMs, RMs, etc.)? How do you implement it and how does it improve your supply chain's planning process?

Appreciate your immediate response.

Thank you!

Hi Max,

You can manage the inventry by checking the following thing,

  • Invoice, e - bill etc (legal) & Certificate Orgin & Agro index (If Imported products)
  • COA for product compliance
  • Vehicle intact condition during receipt (for TACCP)
  • Inspect Vehicle & product condition at receipt
  • regular incoming check.
