Intro: Brand New to the Seafood Industry!

Hello Everyone, 

My name is Eliana Carvajal and as my top title says, I'm brand new to the game! 

I work for a Seafood company located in Miami, FL right off the Mia International Airport and our goal is to pass our audit within the next 3 months. (What a Challenge!) 

I'm looking forward to learning every detail there is about Haccp or anything else that may help build myself up. Any advise/help, would be greatly appreaciated!  :shades:

I just flew into MIA from Panama and out again on Monday.

Working at a seafood company in VA today and this month developing their SQF system.
