The FDA recently launched the new Food Defense Plan Builder for anyone who uses it. The new one (2.0) is current with the new regulations. See the link at the bottom.

Noticed this as well, will have to run it through it's paces.

Thanks Ryan,

If I already Version 1.0 and download Version 2.0, will all my info transfer to the new version?

Yes it will transfer into the new version 2.0.

Spent a half hour inputting information into the new version 2.0 this morning, before it suddenly crashed and left me with nothing again.

So done with the FDA programs...had the same issues with the first version as well.

That sucks.

My experience has been positive. Then again I already have all my stuff completed in Word, so the downside is nil if there is a problem with the Food Defense Plan Builder.

Well, I'm glad it's worked well for someone!!  LOL

I also have everything already done and filed away in Word/Excel, etc. - this was more as an exercise in double-checking my work, really.  So, I'm not out anything because it doesn't work for me...but it would have been nice to have the small sense of reassurance that I have everything in order, covering my bases (or not, and finding out I'm missing something, which I can then rectify).

In all fairness, even if you just input everything you already had into the FDPB, it's not going to tell if you are "wrong" or "right".

It's just going to display your data in a different format.
