How to choose a FS Standard?

Dear All,

 

I'm a new comer. After change file working, I need leaning certificate for food file that improving skills & knowledge in food safety.

 

So I'm very confuse that should learning ISO 22000 or FSSC standard or BRC (sorry i dont know for this standard). Are you give me advise for that I can learn ?

 

My background: 08 years working for paints, 1 year working FMCG (Customer & Hardline toys).

fssc22000 = iso22000 + iso22002-1+ a few additional files
