BRC V8 5.2.5 Cooking Instructions

Good Evening 

 

5.2.5 requires where cooking instructions are provided to ensure product safety, they shall be fully validated to ensure that, then the product is cooked accordingly to the instructions, a safe, ready-to-eat product is consistently produced. 

 

Has anyone managed to comply with this and if so how please ?

 

I understand there are third party services that can conduct cooking validation trials, but can be rather expensive. 

 

Has anyone got any other ideas how this could be done internally please and what methods can be used to validate the results.
