2. Disposal of non-conforming products
3. Quality plan - incoming audits and inspections
4. Product and raw material specification
5. Codification systems
6. Security assessment
7 Acceptable cleaning and sanitation limits
8. House keeping procedure and frequency

Previous posts seem to answer 1st question.
I suspect "preliminary analysis" means "hazard analysis" in which case Post 4 should help. Maybe read "Codex" haccp also.
