Hi everybody!
My name is Caleb and I'm in QA at a smallish food manufacturer in Dallas Tx called Apogee Foods. We make raw & RTE Vegan desserts and snacks, and I was told this forum was a really good resource for guidance and discussion on food safety and quality matters. I'm looking forward to participating!
