Hello from India !

I am in process of writing Finished Product (FG) Specifications.

I need help with writing the specifications, keeping in mind requirements of FSSC v4.1

Also if a single product category has many variants (slight change in flavour, colour) do we have to make a separate specification for each of the variant or can we combine under a category ?

Would appreciate if some examples are also given.

Thanks in advance :spoton:

Some context might help.

What kind of Products/Process are involved ?

Dear Charles,

The product is ice cream.

Hi,

Still awaiting for inputs :/

Hi,

Still awaiting for inputs :/

Have a look at the various sample specifications in this long thread -

https://www.ifsqn.co...744/#entry39585

( eg posts 19, 26, 31, 33, 63, 66)

Re - product variations - You will need to generate sufficient specifications so as to be able to generate the associated haccp plan(s). Grouping methods are possible but the options may depend on the specific processes/flowcharts/CCPs etc  involved

PS - 4.1 is now "5" and iso22000:2005 is now xx:2018

1 Thank

Thanks @Charles
