Hi All,
I am currently employed as Quality Control Manager in a citrus processing plant. We are ISO 9001 & 14001, now in the process of attaining BRC certification. I am seeking assistance in examples of food safety objectives that can be used in my line of work, and also to learn as much from this forum.
