I am a food technologist currently working as a research scholar in an esteemed institution from India. I am working on manufacturing of micro nutrient fortified rice, which after manufacturing will be sent for efficacy study in school children. Thus I take care of the QA and FSMS of the manufacturing unit as well. As a student I am still inexperienced and looking forward for your guidance in producing safe and quality product.
