Hi, my name is Steve and I have a passion for all things food technical, I have been in the food industry for nearly 19 years in various roles and food types, working with big brands and new starters, privately owned and corporate. 

 

Im currently employed as a Technical Manager at Yew Tree Dairy - a family busy which processes approx 1.8 million liters or raw milk a day from over 380 dairy farmers in to concentrate, powders and liquid milk for the domestic market.
