BRC Issue 8, how to improve a food safety culture plan?

hi everyone!!!
Merry Christmas in advance..
we had just BRC Audit last Nov 25-27, 2019.. we got 7 minors findings and one of it was that my food safety culture plan needs to improve it something like that... actually i dont kow how to do it properly..please, anyone here could give a template for my reference to start it right?
