 Yes I have seen these forums and used them very well but still got an minor due to needing more detailed plan. I would like to see examples of plans.

NC: A very brief food safety Culture plan exists but is insufficiently detailed (missing timescales for completion, no clear action plans for the required fields.

 

** I have a detailed action plan for our surveys so maybe it was basic :giggle:  so now I am adding a food safety board within the plant, monthly rewards program and I pledge cards for each employee.

I have attached one that I have used.   It probably not perfect, but a place to start.   It has beeen accepted at BRC audits.

the food Safety Culture Assessment Plan shall include following information

 

1. Objective / activity

2. Period /Deadline / timescale

3. Monitoring frequency

4.Department / Person responsible

5. Trend analysis of each objectives.
