Hi

Does anyone have an example of such an assessement. We simply buy in ambient finished goods (we do nothing with them from when they arrive) other than split cases and then sound out smaller quantities.

Would be grateful for any advice

Thanks

I'm thinking in it simplest flow: approved suppliers - transport to storage facility - goods in - storage- despatch/goods out
