Hi Sameer

most auditors will group all the requirements of that clause and raise one NCR to keep the no of NCR raised to minimum. Having said that auditors has discretion to raise more than on NCR if the company was found non-compliant to many requirements in the same clause.

This can depend on the severity of the NCR.  If you have many small errors under one are then they can group them but if they are critical errors that can impact the safety of the food then they may separate them.  The auditors will work with you to try and help you out but too many small issues are too many large ones, regardless of if they are all under one are or not will end up with a failure.

Cheers!

Hello

There is not an exact number, but more than 3 is suspicious and can be raised as a major NC
