Risk assessment for CCP & OPRP

Hi hope all are doing well..!!

During our FSSC Audit, Auditors asked for risk assessment data for all CCP & OPRP . Can anyone assist me with a risk assessment sheet please?

Hi,

If you've truly identified your CCP etc if any, for your process, then it should have been listed somewhere. Mainly in your HACCP Plan.

The information could have been detailed on a simple table where you have the 'CCP'  identified, what it entails, if it is an ingredient, composition etc, the possible risk it poses to the process if not monitored, level of the risk, mitigation etc.

Your RA data could possibly be the checks done on that CP since implementation of the control, again on a simple table/Graph/Excel. Depends on what your business requires.

However i'm just hypothesizing given the lack of info as to your industry. Also Googling a RA template may help if you do not want to disclose.

Risk assessment data relates to the likelihood/severity of your hazards.
