Would anyone be able to share a co-packer procedure?
Can anyone share the FDA reference that pathogen microbes kill at above 100 degree celcius?

A Procedure for what ?
We use a couple co-packers, I attached an example (omitting confidential info) of what we follow and the auditor was fine with this. Primarily because our co-packers are also suppliers of ours so we had all our approved documentation from the Approved Supplier Program, along with packaging CofC etc.
