Hi Hasmukh Amin,

I can suggest three orderable texts (there are many others of course) -

(1) Compendium of Methods for the Microbiological Examination of Foods, published by APHA

(2) Microbiological Methods by CH Collins

(3) Canadian Official Methods for the Microbiological Analysis of Foods -

https://www.canada.c...al-methods.html

And a couple of free on-line resources -

(4) Bacteriological Analytical Manual (BAM) -

https://www.fda.gov/...ical-manual-bam

(5) Microbiology Laboratory Guidebook (USDA) -

https://www.fsis.usd...atory-guidebook

ISO have also published a huge range of food related Micro Procedures of which many are available in equivalent Indian Editions.

The above references are fairly general in scope however some texts also exist oriented to specific types of foods and/or microbial species.

2 Thanks
