Hi, 

I'm Jane and I have just joined the network, although I have seen some posts that have come up in various searches on things I have been researching.

I work for a small food manufacturer in Norfolk, UK.  I have been in the food Technical / Development field for more years than I like to think about (22!!), starting out in retail and then moving to manufacturing.

I am looking forward to having a forum where I can ask (and hopefully answer) questions about all things food related.
