Can someone refer to a FDA approved chart of different food categories and the upper microbial limits of pathogens and indicators?

I am attaching the Bad Bug Book which may help you with it. Unfortunately I have not seen a chart with products and micro standards. If you need it to conduct a HA I would suggest looking into the food borne outbreaks trends to see what bacteria you should be most concerned with depending on your product.
