Food Fraud for customer supplied ingredients

Good morning everyone.

We are a contract beverage producer.

Our customers source and supply all of the ingredients that we use to make their products.

I am working on our company Food Fraud assessment.   What is the best way to do this assessment based on the fact that we are getting all of the ingredients from our customers supplier?

Thank you.
