This is Silvia Marantidou, Lead Auditor of Food Safety Management Systems (ISO 22000) and ISO 9001.
I've been working in the bakery and dairy industry for almost a decade now, as Quality Assurance Manager, focusing in Gluten Free Bakery, PDO CheeseMaking hence implementing deferent retail requirements into FMSM (such as M&S, Costco etc). My industry experience works as a great boost to my auditing career since all these years i've come across with problem solving of technologies and manufacture technics into production.
