Foreign Supplier Documentation Checklist

I just started working at a small food importer to update and maintain their PCP so it is compliant with the SFCR. I'd like to implement a "Foreign Supplier Program" and have a checklist of all documentation we would need from our foreign suppliers. There are some in place already, but it isn't consistent.
What documentation should we be requesting from our foreign suppliers that will indicate and verify that they comply with the SFCR?
Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.
