FSSC 22000 v5 and Your Organization.

Hi everyone,

 

Our company has FSSC 22000 V5 audit in a few months. We manufacture edible oils and fats. What are some of the changes that you had to make within your organisation (be it people/documentation/practices) in order to successful pass the audit? Is there a document guide that can be used to assist in implementing everything that is needed for the new standard? Looking forward to hearing form you!
