Hazard Analysis for receiving, storing and shipping of imported, pre-packaged, peeled garlic

We receive, store and ship imported peeled garlic. It comes prepackaged. 

Any suggestions on Hazards?

First, welcome to the forums.

 

Next - you say prepackaged but did not say how it is prepackaged.

4 5lb jars in a ctn. (20lb ctn). MAP
96 ctns on a pallet.
Pallet is edgeboared and wrapped.

We receive, store and ship imported peeled garlic. It comes prepackaged.
