Hello from Chicagoland

Hello,  I signed up as a member a few months ago, but am now introducing myself.   

I am the Quality Systems Engineer for a manufacturer of rigid plastic bottles.  The company is worldwide;  my responsibility is corporate support for the factories in the USA.

The finished product goes to customers who fill the bottles with yogurt, cooking oils, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry softener, and many more.   

Several standards are used here, such as FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 15378, and BRC.  

I've utilized the resources at this site already for training and information from the forums.   It's been enlightening--thank you!
