I'm looking for suggestions or an example of how people are handling 4.0 Context of the Organization, specifically identifying Internal and External issues and the needs and expectations of interested parties. My thought is to create a spreadsheet listing all customers, suppliers, vendors, contractors, etc., and then have columns for what we require of them, (ex GMP training, CDAs, COAs, COIs, etc.) Any help would be appreciated.
