Could you please share any training material for FSSC V5?

and also what is the difference between ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC V5?

You may want to have a read of this as it gives a brief overview of the FSSC22000 standard - broadly it builds upon ISO22000 with additional extra requirements in line with GFSI benchmarking expectations: https://www.fssc2200...e-Version-5.pdf

fssc22000 ver5 = iso22000-2018 + iso22002-1 (for food) + a few extra requirements
