Hello all,

I hope this post finds everyone well.

Could anyone please provide a copy of a contract they might have in place with a co-packer?

We are  a bakery manufacturer and our customer wants us to sell clear packaged product coded with only Best Before.

They will be taking care of the artwork and printed packaging for the product which they will submit for our review and pack at their facility.

The printed packaging will bear our logo.  What kind of contract should we have in place?

Could we draw up a specification that is agreed by us both and not have a contract in place?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Best.

Is this a "customer" of yours or a manufacturer that is going to make and pack your product and ship it to you?

Something above is not clear to me.

Hello Glenn,

My apologies.

It is a customer of ours.

They purchase packaged product from us and they package it at their facility in printed packaging.

Best regards,
