I am looking for a guideline or template for a health and safety file. I am interested in health and safety for pest control however any template will do. You assistance will be much appreciated.

I am also in the process of setting up my Food Safety file, I am basing the index the same format and audit process as the audit, I am also including the ISO standard, Sans Standard, CODEX, and well as the GFSI in the indexing table.

Did your pest control service provider do any training at your site? Do you get service records from your pest control service provider - the information on the service record, training and daily inspections will definitely assist you with this process.
