We outsource distribution. What do I include in a truck breakdown procedure when we have no trucks.

Do you have agreements with your outsourced companies that covers what to do in the event of a breakdown (i.e. keep load secured, call dispatch, inform your company, etc)? If you do have agreements, then you can state you outsource your distribution and can reference the agreement and general details in your program.
