Hi hope all r doing well..
We have faced an issue in our product Garlic oil obtained by steam Distillation having sediments even after filtration.Can anyone have any ideas about what could be the reason for this sedimentation..

Hard to diagnose without a picture of description of the sediment. For example, if it is dark or black in color it could be burned residue from the process.
Also, what is the process previous to the steam distillation? What is the raw material prior to steam distillation?
