SQF 2.6.1 - how are you identifying packaging materials like cryovac bags, map packaging in production?

In 2.6.1.1.i - raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, work-in progress, process inputs and finished products are clearly identified during all stages of receipt, production, storage and dispatch
My question - for packaging materials like cryovac bags, map packaging - how are you identifying them during production. Can someone give me an example of a form they use.
Stored materials and ensuring they are ≥18" from ceiling
