Myself,Catherine.T.A,

A budding food technologists from India currently pursuing my UG program in B-Tech Food Technology. This my dream ,my passion and my ultimate mantra.

My core subjects of interest are new innovations in food sector, New product development, Value addition of Food, to combat the serious issues such as Food Insecurity and uneven Food Global Supply chain.

Applying scientific and engineering principles to create product lines under Innovations in Food, Value Addition and By-product Utilisation, looking forward to gain positive industry experience.
Well-versed in quality monitoring and food product formulation to drive company sales and customer satisfaction and contribute effectively to the society.

The essence of how science and technology contributes to society, is the creation of new knowledge, and then utilization of that knowledge to boost the prosperity of human lives, and to solve the various issues faced by the society.

In precise to integrate technology to all areas of food processing, to develop innovative and healthy food products
I take pleasure in being privileged to utilize my knowledge for the welfare of the society .

I would like to work on an area which would help the betterment of life, of a common man without disturbing the equilibrium of nature.
