Can anyone lead me to where I can find the regulations on requirements of how handle adverse events and complaints in the food industry?  What is mandatory on the management of complaints on a food product?

To add another question to this post:

I know that adverse events pertain to dietary supplements but do I need to have an SOP on how to address an adverse event as a food indigent manufacturer?
