Hello, I have silently used this forum for the better part of a year without officially joining. I am a microbiologist by training, and spent many years in food micro testing. I briefly worked in quality for pharmaceuticals and also worked in food safety and quality in frozen food manufacturing. I am now a full time food safety auditor working on my SQF credentials and audit hours. Happy to be here!
