The method of cleaning and sanitation depends on type of the products transported. For Ex- High risk products, Low risk products. Can you please further elaborate on your question.

To elaborate, we can  take example of milk based Indian desserts and Indian Fried Snacks ( e.g. Samosa), both are packed.
