Mettler vs Atago, customer and technical service

It's Christmas time for this QA Manager.

Got the word that I FINALLY get to purchase a new refractometer! I have my own experiences with Mettler Toledo (lab equipment and safeline) and with Atago. I'm interested in hearing if anyone has had a particularly good or bad experience with either company's customer and technical service to help sway me either way.

I've had both. You're splitting hairs when comparing those brands. I currently use the Atago 3810 (PAL-1) handheld though.  Easy to use and no issues.

All of our clients that have one (or more) use Atago.
