Please I have a BRC audit soon and I was wondering if any body could share some procedures for 

 

Vehicle breakdowns 

Security Procedures

Hygiene of Vehicles i.e. cleaning of trailers

 

And any others that you could help me with would be very much appreciated

It is prep veg and Potatoes - Customers are food service

Are you setting up the trucking with out side service or is it done with in house trucking?
