Anybody already conducted a Mock Incident Report willing to share example?

Would like to inquire if anybody already conducted a Mock Incident Report (Test of Incident Management Report). Can you share it so i can have an idea on how to document our activty.

Inicdent management different from a mock recall

previously an additional clause on FSSC Standard but still required by our CB: Test of Incident Management, already prepared a procedure, but still in vauge when in terms of documenting the actvity, it is like a mock recall but the purpose is to test the procedure for incident management

I can see "incident" multiply in sections 8, 9 in iso22000

Is this what you are referring to ? if so which clause ?

In our organization, we conducted a fire drill to test the effectiveness of the emergency preparedness procedure that we have implemented.

However ,this will depend on your operations and processes within your facility.

• can someone post their mock crisis for water outage please.
