I am currently working in a large cheese factory in Wales. I am reviewing their quality assurance department.

I am trying to put in place a quality audit programme, with audit frequencies.

I would appreciate any help.

William

Hello William,

It would be helpful if you could tell us about your management system and to what standards you work e.g. BRC, ISO 9001 etc.?

Regards,

Simon
