Can anyone share their food defense plan with International Adulteration requirements?

Hi everyone,
I need to add the international intentional adulteration requirements to our food defense plan, but not sure how should I do it.
To be qualified to conduct vulnerability assessments, the training should be formal or online free one is also acceptable?
